During a full overhaul, we inspect, measure, and assess all critical components such as cylinder heads, pistons, cylinder liners, crankshafts, and bearings. Parts that no longer meet specifications are reconditioned or replaced with original or equivalent components. This ensures that the engine meets factory specifications again after the overhaul, retaining its power, reliability, and efficiency. Thanks to our years of experience and our own team of specialized mechanics, we can carry out overhauls both in our workshop in IJmuiden and on-site on board, resulting in minimal downtime for your vessel.
